Accelerator pedal shaft bell crank return spring.This is the return spring for the accelerator pedal shaft. This connects the bell crank to the bodywork and acts as the return spring for the accelerator pedal. As per item 134 on the attached parts diagram.This is an OE part not aftermarket.
